My speedometer has a rather bouncy needle. It can vary 10 MPH at any given time. I relubed the cable (I may do it again). I still have a very similar needle bounce. Any other suggestion to cure this symptom? Thanks,

Check that the cable is running a smooth path to the speedo, make sure that it is fully enganged into the back of the speedo and trans., make sure the inner cable ends are not rounded off, and finnally if all else fails you might try pulling the speedo and cleaning/lubing it, this is a last resort due to them being very delicate. Good luck Brett.
