Are all Jensen GT's equiped with the 5 speed tranny?

They were all built with 5-speed transmissions. It's possible that somewhere along the way an owner may have swapped in a 4-speed for some reason.

Yes, there's a market, but the JH/GT world is quite a small one, as British car groups go, and because of that it's difficult to predict what might be in demand at any particular moment. If you're not interested in restoring the car yourself, and if it's in decent shape, you might try selling it as-is. Probably you'd find a buyer within a few months. If that doesn't work, you can part it out. If time is critical, ask for $5 more than you'd get from a junkyard. If you belong to the JHPS you might wish to place an advertisement elsewhere on this site, otherwise try eBay. Between the two you'd probably reach at least 75% of the JH owners in the western hemisphere.
