Good Morning
Anyone happen to know the dimensions of the SKF #415929 tapered bearing, item 16 in transmission on the robey website part number 93815.
They are NLA from SKF and very rare indeed.
Better still anyone got two spare?!?
Thank you
David

That comes up as a part for the differential, not the transmission on the MR web site. Also, that SKF part number does not show up in the SKF catalog.

How certain are you of those part numbers?

However, I came up with a cross reference BR bearing, dimensions are in the attached image.

BR Bearing 415929

If you already have the bearing and are looking for a replacement, instructions on how to measure the bearing are here.

If you’re going to use an equivalent, make sure it’s from a reputable manufacturer. Stay away from any “white box” product. You get what you pay for.

Reference redracer’s experience with HBC tensioner bearings that was posted on this forum.

Those "unobtanium" side carrier bearings were NLA over 40 years ago. I had contacted SKF, who had said they were from the UK and NLA.
Fortunately, from the 2 dealership buyouts i had done, there were a lone pair.
If someone finds a comparable one, hopefully they will post it on this site.
thanks, bruce/redracer

thanks for posting: That's good news, even if they are "pricey". Like you said, if you need them you'll have to pay whatever.
