Tom and all other readers, I finally yesterday got everything bolted back in and fired the Jensen. Static timing from eyeballing the distributor was off by a bit. I loosened the distributor and dialed it in and she was purring like she never has since I've owned her. The flipping of cam pulleys and picking back up the 1 tooth that it was off by seemed to make a huge difference. I went for a shake down drive today and she's running incredibly well! I even dared to do a hard acceleration and I left rubber in 1st and 2nd. Wow. Thanks to all who chimed in!

I realize I'm replying to an old thread, but I need what is probably a simple piece of information. I'm going to try to bend my own "special tool" to access the rear of my Mark I belt tensioner. Does anyone know the size of that eccentric nut?
