Is there any reference chart or spreadsheet that lists sizes of bolts and nuts used in the Jensen Healey. I'm particularly interested in major drive train sizes (thread size, type, length, and grade). I want to make sure that I have all the correct types in place. This would be a great reference for restoration buffs.

Flywheel, Clutch Parts, Transmission Engine Mounting Hardware, etc...

Go to my Dropbox account here:

In a sub-folder titled "Jensen-Healey Parts & Tech", you'll find an Excel file:
Hardware - JH Nuts & Bolts by Jim Ketcham - NUTBOLT.xls

The document itself isn't signed or dated, (Edit, Snip)...; however, in the Properties menu, the author is listed as Jim. I don't know who Jim might be. I downloaded the file from Jody Kerr's website.

EDIT: The original file was written by Jim Ketcham.

Regards,
Tim Engel

Jim refers to Jim Ketcham. Not sure which version Dan hijacked, but the latest had included "class" for both metric and SAE bolts.

Jim,
Is the latest file available somewhere?
