Ok here's a quicky of what to set your engine up to. set the crank to TDC aligning the marks up. (make sure #1 piston is at the top) align the cam pulleys up at 110 each. align the distributor up so the rotor is pointing at the #1 cap wire. make sure all the wires are clean/ plugs / coil / etc, (dirt will kill a contact.) if you have 2 to 4 pounds fuel pressure and the rest of the engine is decent. carbs / compression etc it should start. Sometimes if you have issues try cranking the engine over in a dark area and watch to see if you get sparking in places that should'nt be. Brett

Well hopefully when you align things the cam marks will line up and you dont need to touch them, but if you have to it requires loosening the timing belt so you can turn the cams independantly. I have a picture of the cam gears that show the marks, if you need it send me a private message with your e-mail and I will get it to you. Brett PS, I am talking a small adjustment here, if the cams require a major turn to line them up thats a whole nother ball game.
