The short answer is no. The line + fittings are specific British Whitworth(sp?) items that are close to 1/8" NPT but not close enough for a direct swap. Last I checked Delta sells a direct OEM replacement plastic tubing kit with correct fittings. Long-term solution is to replace the oil pressure gauge with something a bit more modern and re-tap the pressure take-off plate for use with an aftermarket copper or braided stainless line.
