Does anyone have any recommendations for which adhesive to use to glue the soft top to the front bar of the framework? I am figuring it should be some kind of contact cement, but do you have good or bad experiences with any special brand or product? Is the stuff in a spray can any good? -- Joachim

What we have here in the US that works for me is Weldwood brand contact cement, comes in gell and regular runny stuff, I prefer brushing the regular on both surfaces and waiting 20 30 min. then putting together. Only used the spray on a door panel but worked fine for that. Brett

Hi, Last year I ordered a tailormade soft top via Rejen. They advised me to use EVOSTIK - 805705 - ADHESIVE, CONTACT 528 This glue really works perfect. Not easy to order, but really great !! Good luck Anton

For my money, Gorilla glue is the baddest. It is a construction adhesive that swells as it sets and it holds. It may not be correct for this application but it will outhold any spray glue, only do not get it on anything that will show and particularly your fingers. The only thing that will get it off is sandpaper. also fwiw dont pull the fabric too tight, it will stay that way and not stretch . Good luck
