Jody and I are organizing a meeting again. The date is Saturday, November 21, 2009 and we are going to be meeting at the weekly car show located at the Pavilions Shopping Center by the McDonalds. The Pavilions is located right off the 101 and Indian Bend in Scottsdale. Those who know the area should recognize the area and event as this weekly car show has been running for several years and usually has a good variety of cars. I've been there a couple of times the past few weeks now that the weather here has gotten nice with the days being in the 80's and there has been a good turnout. Let me know if you can make it and can bring a Jensen so we can arrange a time and a space. Hopefully we can get a few Jensens to show up. Art

Jody and I met today at the local car show and toured the area for a couple of hours looking at all the different cars. Alas there were no Jensens to be seen and Jody and I were the only attendees but we had a good time. Turned out this weekend is the weekend that The Good Guys Car show and auction was going on further North in Scottsdale. Some of the cars from there made their way down to this local car show. The parking lot was full and they had cars in the overflow area. As we walked around and saw cars we haven't seen in a while the mix changed while we were there. A great variety of cars, beautiful weather and an enjoyable evening. Wish there were more of us there.

I missed you guys by a week. We stopped at that shell station right next to the Micky D's and we were wondering what was going on. Lots of cars at that place!

For an Arizona/Nevada/Californis meet I would suggest Laughlin NV for 2010 as they have regular car shows throughout the year, an abundance of low cost rooms, about a dozen casinos with entertainment of all stripes, a beautiful river and a lot of open road driving.
