Dave, if you are concerned about the California Gas Tank Renu dealer, consider sending the unit to headquarters for refurbishing. However, I had mine done in Delaware, a long way from the midwest headquarters, and the quality was fine. Also, they have a thorough multi-step process they follow and back it up with a nationwide guarantee. John.
