Can't get the picture small enough to post and it won't accept .pdf files either. It you still need help, let me know your email address and I can send you a file that explains the process in depth. Rotate the engine twice and stop when #1 piston is TDC. Now check the pulleys. The 110 alignment marks should be directly across from each other. They can be a "little" wiggle room. If they don't align, then you need to fix that. It's hard to check but you can also check the rotor's position for cylinder #1. Remove the cam belt carefully after you loosen the tensioner. Line up the cam pulley per the picture. Carefully put the new blue belt on. Do it now. Not worth waiting since you have it. Cheap insurance. Try not to disturb the cam pulleys from their marks. Adjust the tensioner to add tension to the timing belt. Now turn the crank around a couple of times and verify that the marks align. If so, you have finished this part. Put the original Strombergs on and get the engine running and timed. You now have a base to work from. Now you can change carb setup. That way you only have to look at the carb change variable if it doesn't run right. You are going to have to spend time dialing in the Mikuni carbs. Art
