 It is NOT in the "T" itself but in the fuel line that runs back to the top of the tank where the 2 other lines are located on the pressure relief valve.
Again, it is about the size of a 22 caliber bullet and it does have a ball and spring in side for one-way flow. It is located just before the line goes into the plastic "T"
