What type/brand oil and how many litres should I use for the engine of my JH MKI, 4 speed?
I'm happy with Red Line 10-40wt. Prior to this I used Valvoline VR-1 20-50wt.

The Workshop manual says 5L in the engine.
For the transmission I use 2L Valvoline VR-1.
